Surf on the Open Sea with MBA & Neilson Active Holidays' VR Campaign

Digital agency MBA is helping Neilson Active Holidays bring some sun, sea and adventure into the palm of the hands today with two new apps. MBA wanted to show potential holiday goers exactly what Neilson holidays were like before they went.

With the first of Neilson’s new apps- ‘Have a go before you go’ – it uses Oculus Rift technology and state of the art video footage to transport users out onto the open sea and provides the opportunity to enjoy a 360° experience of windsurfing across a beautiful bay in Greece. 

The second is a web app - ‘Pack it up pack it in’ – which helps users choose a holiday that suits them by simply asking them to  pop the holiday ‘elements’ they feel most suit you into a virtual suitcase. From tennis rackets, kids’ clubs to skis, sailing, spas, the web app helps people select the perfect beach or winter sports holiday destination together with flights, hotel and activities to suit their needs by calibrating your preferences.
