Spot Welders Hires Victoria Guenier as Executive Producer & Director of Development

Spot Welders has hired industry vet Victoria Guenier as Executive Producer and Director of Development. Working closely with co-founder and Managing Partner David Glean and EP’s Carolina Sanborn and Joanne Ferraro, Victoria will be on the forefront of growing business and developing talent in the merging worlds of entertainment and advertising.

Victoria has extensive experience in the industry, with almost 20 years on the agency side working with clients such as IBM, Target, HTC, Motorola, Microsoft, and Playstation. Most recently, Victoria worked as Head of Production at boutique agency Omelet, which specializes in branded entertainment, content and advertising. Prior to that, Victoria was Director of Broadcast and Content Production at Deutsch LA.

Drawing on a comprehensive skillset, Victoria was instrumental in the production of numerous iconic and award-winning campaigns and was part of the team which created VW’s “The Force,” arguably one of the most talked about and lauded pieces of advertising ever. In addition to her accomplished agency career, Victoria has also executive produced independent feature films and documentaries.

Crossing over now into the world of post production, Victoria brings this insider expertise to guide the creative process from start to finish with Spot Welder’s collaborative team of editors and VFX artists at sister company Shipping+Handling.

“Victoria brings a unique insight and passion to our company and has a great understanding of both sides of the business,” says Glean. “We are thrilled to have her on board.”
