Scott Harris Named Director of Colour Grading at UNIT:Colour

UNIT:Colour welcomes its new Director of Colour Grading for Scott Harris. Scott hails from Sydney, Australia and in a career spanning nearly 20 years has honed his skills in Australia, New Zealand and most recently at Glassworks Amsterdam, where he has cemented his reputation as one of the most creative & inspiring colourists in the industry.

He has collaborated with renowned creative agencies in Europe & America and worked with brands such as Nike, Heineken, Adidas and Carlsberg.

"I couldn’t be more excited to be joining the team at UNIT, “ said Scott. “The prospect of building and nurturing a team of graders, and to build on what has already been put in place, truly has the potential to be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I am looking forward to continuing, and pushing forward with, the momentum that Unit has gained over the last few years in the industry."

“Scott is an amazing creative talent whose reputation has risen to being one of the top colourists in Europe,” said Adam Luckwell, UNIT’s CEO. “He has been responsible for some of the standout grades of 2015 for iconic brands Samsung & Coca Cola. It is with pride that he has chosen UNIT:Colour to be his new family in London.”

“There is already a buzz around the company and amongst our clients with Scott’s arrival - bookings have started in earnest and he hasn’t even arrived in town yet. I guarantee you will adore him as much as we do. Welcome to London Scott!”

Scott Harris joins UNIT’s Senior Colourist Simon Astbury in working together to launch UNIT:Colour with the aim to provide an outstanding boutique grading experience to some of the world’s greatest brands, directors, creative agencies and production companies.

"I'm thrilled to have Scott join as another member of the UNIT family,” said UNIT’s Senior Colourist Simon Astbury. “I've admired his work for a while now and after 6 years as a solo artist I'm really looking forward to being a member of a band again."
