Publicis Italy Names Luissandro Del Gobbo Global ECD
Publicis Italy adds to its creative management by appointing Luissandro Del Gobbo as global executive creative director. Del Gobbo will take responsibility for local and global Heineken projects.
Del Gobbo began his career as a copywriter in J. Walter Thompson in Milan and after an experience in D’Adda, Lorenzini, Vigorelli, he moved to France working for the next seven years as creative director between JWT Levallois and Gray Paris. In 2012 he decided to move to the United States to work in Energy BBDO as vice-president creative director. He then moved on to Ogilvy Chicago where he was appointed partner, group creative director and remained there for six years. His experience ranges from fashion and cultural institutions to every type of FMCG; food, detergents, shoe polishes and soaps. Some of the brands he has worked on, include Tele2, Sunslik, Febreze, Pringles, Findus, Huggies, Dove, Kiwi, The Lyric Opera of Chicago.
His work has been consistently and widely recognised, including: 24 Lions at the Cannes Film Festival including a Grand Prix in Copywriting, Yellow Pencil at D&AD, One Show Pencil, a Grand Clio and more than 40 other Clios.
