Festive photobooth travels around London for the run-up to Christmas

Portas Puts Londoners on the Big Screen for Westfield Campaign

To celebrate Westfield’s ‘The Christmas Before Christmas’ campaign, a festive photobooth will travel to Westfield centres and to key London hot spots to capture the real festive cheer of Londoners in the run-up to Christmas.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to have their pictures taken in the booth. A unique UGC element has been incorporated into the booth whereby each photo can be emailed and posted to Facebook and Twitter so that friends and family can vote for their favourite to appear in the Christmas campaign, which will feature on Westfield’s in-centre and outdoor digital screens during the month of December.

What’s more, photos will feature on Westfield’s online gallery throughout November and December.

‘The Christmas Before Christmas’ campaign is built on the insight that what people really enjoy about Christmas is the two months of excitement, anticipation, partying and preparation that takes place beforehand. And, of course, that people can enjoy all of this at Westfield!

The campaign promotes Westfield’s extensive 2014 Christmas programme specially created for family and friends to experience over an entire day. Attractions include the infamous celebrity lights switch-on event, The Hidden House - a new immersive experience at Westfield Stratford City, an indoor ice rink at Westfield London and a 4D Santa’s Grotto at each London centre.

What’s more, late night trading and an unrivalled menu of Christmas shopping services will be available to take advantage of throughout the campaign period.
