MEC Germany Names Lars Magnus Kirschke CEO
MEC, a leading media agency, today named Lars Magnus Kirschke CEO of MEC Germany. The announcement was made by Alastair Aird, Chief Operating Officer, Global, and Chairman for MEC EMEA. Lars joins MEC at the beginning of April, where he will succeed Matthias Brüll who steps up to lead GroupM in Germany.
MEC Germany has had an outstanding few years under Matthias’ leadership with significant wins, in the last 12 months including accounts for Vodafone, Netflix, Momondo and Tiffany & Co. In addition, the agency was classified ‘dominant’, the top ranking, by the latest qualitative evaluation report from RECMA.
Speaking on the appointment, Alastair Aird said, “MEC in Germany is a brilliant agency with an incredibly strong and successful management team.
