Mark Ronson Launches World's First Smart Champagne Bottle at the F1 Monaco GP
At the F1 Monaco Grand Prix, the Mumm Champagne House, advised by the agency, My Love Affair, celebrated the launch of the world’s first connected smart bottle of champagne, with the international musician and producer Mark Ronson.
On board the Mumm boat, docked in the port of Monaco, Mark Ronson was the first to take part in this experience broadcast live on Periscope.
“The “connected” smart bottle of Mumm Champagne is an exclusive innovation that is destined to virtually reinvent the celebration experience. As soon as the cork pops, images of the celebration are broadcast through streaming, live onto different screens instantaneously. It is a very innovative process that is a perfect match for celebrations of this event, where the House of Mumm has historically been the Champagne partner. And we are delighted by this collaboration with Mark Ronson, making him one of the worldwide artist ambassadors for Mumm” explains Raphaël Aflalo, co-founder of My Love Affair.
On the same evening, Mark Ronson also mixed the music at the VIP Club in Monaco at a party given by the brand and had the privilege of standing up on the podium to present the Jeroboam of Mumm Champagne to the winner of the Monaco Grand Prix.

And so, this operation celebrates the historic partnership between the famous Champagne House and the world of Formula 1, since for over ten years, Mumm has been the Champagne for the racing drivers as they stand on the podium.
This summer, many partnerships with Mumm and “connected” smart bottles have been conceived with Clubs, in particular, with Pacha in Ibiza, where digital screens will be installed throughout the venue.
