LEAP's Business Continuity Action Plan During Covid-19 Pandemic
LEAP has activated its pandemic response plan to ensure that all staff and services remain fully protected and secure.
The health and well-being of staff is paramount to business continuity for the company and clients, so ahead of the government's announcement, LEAP’s teams moved to 100% remote working.
This transition was against the background of LEAP’s long-term investment in cloud-based project management platforms as well as their major investment last year in secure virtual server technology. LEAP is thus well placed to continue providing a near 'business as usual’ full-service offering to clients.
Across its integrated service teams, LEAP continues to handle client briefings, project manage work, obtain approvals and provide deliveries seamlessly via their loop system which is fully cloud-based and securely accessible 24/7 for clients around the world.
Its moving image team have set up grading, recording and editing facilities with production management oversight to continue to offer full creative production facilities for domestic and international clients. LEAP’s integrated advertising production teams also offer creative services, campaign management, digital marketing, translation, retouching, design, pre-vis and animation, as well as print production and management.
Despite the challenging times for the industry and the world as a whole, LEAP remains open for business and ready to help.
