Kopi by Cafédirect Appoints Stack as UK Creative Agency
Stack has been appointed as the first creative agency for Kopi by Cafédirect, the gourmet coffee subscription club.
The agency won the account following a competitive pitch process that was handled by Nicola Pearson, the general manager of Kopi by Cafédirect.
Kopi by Cafédirect is a leading brand in the fast-growing subscription coffee market. Each month it delivers premium small-batch coffee sourced from around the world direct to subscribers’ doorsteps.
Stack will develop communications across the customer journey, from brand building and acquisition, through to retention. Its remit will cover advertising, digital, direct and CRM.
Nicola Pearson said: “As a direct-from-the-grower business, we also want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to get amazing coffee direct to their homes each month.”

Kopi was launched in September 2011 and acquired by Cafédirect, the UK’s leading values-driven drinks brand, in May 2014. It focuses on working with outstanding artisanal coffee growers around the world to deliver bold, new tastes to homes each month.
