Arnal will be responsible for the company’s business growth and the further development of the services offered.

“It is just the right moment: J. Walter Thompson Company, holding company above the agencies J. Walter Thompson and Mirum, is committed to the future of communications and digital platforms and is encouraging a deep transformation of their business in our region; I bring my experience and entrepreneurial spirit to the table,” says Mariate.

"My main challenge will be to lead the cultural evolution in the agency that will enable us to embrace constant change, making the integration of media and platforms part of our DNA and enabling us to offer a broad scope of communication solutions to our clients,” adds the new J. “These announcements add to the ones we’ve been doing in Latin America since late 2014. We are encouraging an ambitious growth plan for the region and we trust this new leadership will be able to capitalize the potential of the group and its agencies in Mexico, a key country in this plan,” highlighted Stefano.
