iProspect Bolsters Team with Top Media Talent
Leading digital performance agency, iProspect UK, announces the appointment of three digital industry experts to its Bought Media team. Martin Vinter joins the agency as Head of Bought Media, Alistair Dent takes the role of Head of Product and Richard Lamb will hold the position of Vice President of Search.
Martin Vinter will lead iProspect’s Bought Media team of more than 200 digital specialists. Vinter will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive bought media delivery across the agency’s paid search, affiliates, lead generation, feeds, video, display and paid social activity. He joins iProspect from MediaCom where he was the Head of Digital EMEA, Technology and Business Clients and responsible for running the Dell account globally.
Alistair Dent further strengthens iProspect’s Bought Media team as Head of Product. Tasked with driving the development, adoption, usage and integration of new products and technologies across the Bought Media division, Dent will be central to developing iProspect’s industry leading offering. Joining the agency from his role as Director of Paid Media at Periscopix, he brings with him a thirst for innovation across all areas of digital and technology.
Originally from a media buying background, Richard Lamb brings a strategic and client focused approach to the newly created role of Vice President of Search. Lamb will be building on iProspect’s expertise to develop a strategic best-of-the-best search culture within the agency that continues to put measurable performance at the core of its digital services. Lamb is recognised in The Drum’s most influential people in Search in UK and joins iProspect from the Performics division of Zenith Optimedia UK.
Vinter, Dent and Lamb will report to iProspect’s Chief Media Officer, Matt Adams.
