Gladys Lim Joins Happy Finish as Strategic Business Development Manager
As Happy Finish continues to expand its preferred client services to key global business partners, it’s with great pleasure that they announce the appointment of Gladys Lim, who joins Happy Finish as it’s latest Strategic Business Development Manager. Gladys will play an instrumental part of the strategic team at Happy Finish, led by CSO Andy Catterick.
A multi-lingual, creative and entrepreneurial mindset has helped Gladys manage global brands across the Asia Pacific area for household names including Johnson + Johnson, Unilever, TBWA and Ogilvy & Mather.
Gladys started her career in the early nineties as a senior graphic designer before moving on to become a regional art director, helping several high profile global brands. During this time Gladys has lived and worked in 5 countries alongside diversified teams and markets, developing an adaptable and sensitive approach to cultural landscapes. Her last role prior to joining Happy Finish was with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care as Senior Brand Manager in Singapore and Malaysia.
Gladys joins a growing number of high profile new hires at Happy Finish as the company develops its cross-platform production services and solutions. Her vast wealth of experiences in advertising, FMCG, pharmaceutical, luxury premium goods sectors is well suited to further develop our cutting-edge service across disciplines to our clients.
