Follow the Adventures of Bluey the Plane in DDB & Tribal WW Amsterdam's KLM Film
KLM tasked DDB & Tribal Worldwide, Amsterdam to create the first short animation film for kids about Bluey. Bluey, the mascot for the youngest passengers is created by KLM. “Bluey The Movie” can be seen as from today on the KLM YouTube channel and as from June on you can see it on all intercontinental KLM flights.
This film is the first one in a series of animation films about the little plane Bluey. In the first animation film, Bluey, his dad and his female friend Windy experience a nice adventure at the flower parade.
Pol Hoenderboom, Creative Director, DDB & Tribal Worldwide, Amsterdam, says: “Although it’s a kids campaign, we wanted to create an animation movie that was also entertaining for parents. It’s such a pleasure working on projects like this. From creating all the characters, wring their personalities. To the actual voice-over sessions, where we ended up with a real father and son playing Bluey and Dad.”
