DDB California & Clorox Unite to Grill for Kingsford Charcoal Campaign
DDB California has launched a new national campaign for Clorox's Kingsford Charcoal - titled 'United We Grill'.
The campaign, directed by Grammy winning Mark Kudsi, aims to showcase how nothing brings people together in an authentic and magnetic way like a grill filled with Kingsford Charcoal.
Summer is the most important season for the charcoal category and DDB California helped Kingsford stand out among other meal & entertainment solutions and re-introduced the brand in an authentic, real, and All-American way without becoming fantastical.
DDB California created three TV and online spots capturing iconic backyard grilling moments as we seamlessly watch how several different “backyards” are brought together around a single grill. With a new tagline “Gather ‘Round,” this campaign represents the universality of a grill filled with Kingsford Charcoal and highlights several distinct geographical locations to show how BBQ is the ultimate unifier no matter where you live.
