Cut+Run LA Nominated for Editing House of the Year at the Shots Awards
Cut+Run Los Angeles is proud to be nominated for the Shots Award for Editing House of the Year. The office, the only company nominated in the US, is also home to Sam Ostrove and Steve Gandolfi, who are both nominated for Editor of the Year.
“This honor is made of the sum of many people and parts, from our team at the company to the agencies and production companies who come to us with outstanding projects,” says Michelle Eskin, Managing Director, Cut+Run LA. View the select work that lead to the nomination here.
This Summer, as Sam Ostrove was moving from London to join the LA office, he was recognized at the AICE Awards, winning Automotive and Best In Show for Volvo “Vintersaga” directed by Gustav Johansson. Last year, Sam and Gustav’s collaboration for Nike Fuelband was awarded AICE Best Alternative Media, and they also worked together on “Let Your Body Speak” for Levi’s and “American Band” for Chase. Other high profile projects include “Made By You” for Converse directed by WE ARE FROM LA, and “The New Speed” for adidas. See the work here.
Steve Gandolfi is one of the most award-winning editors in the industry with top honors from Cannes, The Clio Awards, AICP Show, One Show, and many more. He is the only editor to be named part of Campaign's A List eight years straight and was voted to Creativity’s Top 50. His nominated work includes “Takers” for adidas, Mazda “A Driver’s Life,” the 2015 Super Bowl spot for Mazda “Fable,” “Rogue” for Nissan and “Rasta Dog” for Dr. Pepper. View the projects here.
