Cosmetics Brand Lumene Appoints The Bank as Global Creative Agency
Finnish skincare and cosmetics brand Lumene has appointed The Bank as its global creative agency following a four-way pitch.
The Bank won the business after competing against the incumbent agency Grow (a US-based agency) and other pitching agencies: JWT London and Finnish shop Hasan & Partners.
The pitch was initiated and managed directly by the marketing team at Lumene.
Lumene is the market leader in its home market of Finland. Established in the 1970’s, the brand combines natural wild artic ingredients with the latest scientific advances in skincare.
The Bank will help strengthen Lumene’s cutting edge image in markets around the world as well as delivering within its home market of Finland. The agency will start immediately on a global roll-out of a sharpened brand proposition and visual identity and will deliver an above-the-line campaign to break in Finland this year.

Lumene skincare products are sourced, developed and manufactured in Finland, and the brand’s key markets are Scandinavia, the US, Russia and Asia. The brand’s range includes skincare lines such as Bright Now and Time Freeze & cosmetic products.
