CHI&Partners Launches Multi-discipline Graduate Scheme
CHI&Partners is on the hunt for creative, curious and ambitious young minds from diverse backgrounds across the world for its 2015 account management graduate scheme. The scheme, which will begin from January 2015, offers chosen applicants an introduction to the ever-evolving world of communications at one of the UK’s best-known independent advertising agencies.
Candidates can apply through the website, and are also invited to attend an Open Day on Tuesday 21st October, from 6:30pm.
Interviews will take place on Friday 14th November, with shortlisted applicants invited for an assessment day on Friday 21st November. Successful candidates will be appointed before Christmas, to start in January 2015.
As a partner in The&Partnership, CHI&Partners also offers its graduates exposure to disciplines beyond advertising - including PR, media planning and buying, social media, innovation, CRM, data analytics and direct marketing.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with a number of other agencies within The&Partnership, including The Social Practice, m/Six and Halpern PR – developing an understanding of how advertising works within and is complemented by a wider mix of comms disciplines. Graduates will also benefit from working closely with senior partners at Rathbone Street.
Sarah Golding, CEO at CHI&Partners, said: “Welcoming and nurturing new talent from diverse backgrounds and disciplines is crucial to the vitality of our industry, and keeping ideas fresh, bold and ahead of the curve. Kicking off our graduate scheme is always an exciting time for us – it’s a welcome opportunity to shake things up and inject some fresh perspective into the agency.
“CHI&Partners has had a stellar year this year, including further international growth and a number of additions to our client portfolio. Having access to The&Partnership’s specialists across all disciplines will be an added string to any young comms professional’s bow as clients continue to increase their focus on digital and full-service comms.”
Rachel Lovibond, one of CHI&Partners’ current graduates, said: “Having been on CHI&Partners’ grad scheme for nine months now, I’d recommend applying to anyone with their heart set on a career in advertising. Not only will you get to work on big, exciting brands – the agency atmosphere is unbeatable and you’re immediately surrounded by fun and welcoming people.
“From day one, you get started on your accounts and are right at the heart of the action – which is definitely the best way to learn. With the added benefit of working with teams across The&Partnership, this a brilliant, immersive way of getting to know the industry and kickstarting your own career in advertising.”
