Camp + King Hires Senior Social Strategist Carlisle Hensley
Creative agency Camp + King (C+K) has appointed Carlisle Hensley to the role of senior social strategist. Prior to joining C+K, Hensley led the Social Analytics group at Oakland-based shop EVB.
Hensley was born and raised in a small Southern town. Growing up in a culture where everyone waves to strangers and knows everybody’s business might be what led her to pursue social media.
Hensley began her career helping the United States Marine Corp recruit on emerging social channels back when a college email address was required for Facebook membership. As platforms proliferated and conversations increased, she shifted her focus from planning to analyzing. As an analytics manager, Hensley helped brands such as AT&T, JCPenney and Milk-Bone evaluate the performance of digital and social campaigns.
