Brand Union Hires Matt Norcia as Executive Director, Development
Brand Union, a WPP Group global brand and design agency, has named Matt Norcia as Executive Director, Development, effective immediately. In this newly created role, Norcia will be responsible for the growth, development and expansion of Brand Union services and partners across the Americas. He will report to Americas CEO Toby Southgate.
“Matt’s experiences make him a perfect fit for this new role, and we couldn’t ask for a better addition to our regional leadership team,” said Southgate. “He has a background in both strategy and client management, and an intuitive diagnostic capability that has proven invaluable to major regional and multinational clients time and again.”
Norcia has more than 10 years of experience in brand strategy, design, marketing and business development. In previous roles at Interbrand and CBX he has worked with major brands including AT&T, P&G, Mars, Target and Kraft, and was responsible for identifying and developing new partnerships that resulted in unique, brand-centric solutions to clients across a variety of categories. Most recently, Norcia worked at CBX, a strategy and consumer design agency, where he served as VP, engagement group director.

Norcia will be based out of the New York office and will help oversee the entire Americas network for Brand Union, which includes Epigram/Brand Union, a communications and branding agency based in São Paulo acquired by Brand Union in September 2014.
