BBDO NY Shows Just How 'Rare' an ADC Cube Is in Cheeky New Films
Agency launches 'Rare for a Reason' spots for ADC 95th Annual Awards
The Art Directors Club, one of the first non-profit organizations in the world to champion commercial creativity and the artists who create it, today launched three cheeky new video spots from BBDO New York, the latest in its “Rare For a Reason” campaign for the prestigious ADC 95th Annual Awards.
The spots highlight true, if unsettling, situations that are thankfully uncommon — but not as uncommon as taking to the stage at the ADC Annual Awards to claim well-deserved honors for creative ideas and craftsmanship.
“The videos juxtapose weird, macabre and surprising facts with the even less likely chances of winning an ADC Cube,” explains Marcel Yunes, Creative Director, BBDO New York. “They’re meant to show just how difficult and prestigious it is to be honored at the ADC Annual Awards.”
Deadline for Digital and Student submissions is January 29, 2016. Deadline for Advertising and Innovation submissions is February 8, 2016.
