B-Reel Adds Director Jesper Hiro
B-Reel is thrilled to announce today the signing of multi award-winning director Jesper Hiro, formerly of ACNE Production, for international representation in the UK, US, Scandinavia, Canada, Germany, France, and Australasia. To date Jesper has shot over 100 commercials, promos, and music videos including Optimum’s “No” with Mother NYC, Tesco’s “Mum of the Year” with Wieden + Kennedy London, and Calpol spots “Tent” and “Shark” with JWT London.
Fran McGivern, executive producer at B-Reel, said: “Jesper is a fantastic visual storyteller with subtle humor. He creates quaint moments that charm the viewer every time. He and I have a longstanding relationship having worked as an EP for him for over five years while at ACNE, and I’m excited for the opportunity to work with him again. He is a great addition to our international roster.”
Jesper has received honours and awards at international and national award shows including Cannes Lions, Swedish Advertising Awards, Finnish Voitto Awards, Clio, British Television Advertising Awards, and Eurobest. He was nominated for Swedish Roy Awards ‘Director of the Year’, and has earned a Norwegian Grammy for Best Music Video.
