An European E-commerce Sales Manager / Ecommerce Business Development Manager is needed to join a global FMCG who possess an enviable collection of household named brands including Burt's Bees. Based in Richmond you will join their European sales team and be responsible for developing and growing ecommerce business across key European markets.

Founded in 1913 this leading global company trades on the New York Stock Exchange, employees 7700 employees worldwide, and manufactures products in more than two dozen countries and markets them in more than 100. They are now seeking a Sales / Marketing savvy Ecommerce Manager to develop leading brands such as Burt’s Bees across etailers & Brick 'n Click (BnC) retailers across Europe.

Reporting to the European Sales Director you will establish and manage existing and new E-commerce customer relationships across Europe. Whether you are identifying sales strategy; managing the Amazon Europe customer relationship; developing E-commerce priorities; identifying pricing structure or demand planning to ensure markets receive relevant support and timely product delivery, you will play a key role in increasing ecommerce sales across Europe.

To qualify…You will need to be a confident, energetic and enthusiastic E-Commerce Manager / Ecommerce Sale Manager / Digital Sales Manager  / Ecommerce Business Development Manager or similar with the energy and ambition to help the business grow. Your CV will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of developing eCommerce business expansion plans including identifying, negotiating, and managing customer relationships, preferably on a European business;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Ability to influence others with drive and commitment to succeed in a results driven environment;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to communicate and operate at all management levels;
  • Ability to adopt a flexible approach.
