A Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with marketing responsibilities is needed to join a content marketing specialist, based in Oxford Street.  Expect to play a key role, working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team, selling an innovative digital platform to senior digital and marketing executives.

With a mission to completely transform the way marketing content is bought, created, produced and managed, this innovative company works directly with brands such as PUMA, Capital FM, November and MacMillan to develop content their audiences want to watch. Offering a new way for brands to interact and engage with their audiences. As the Business Development Manager you will be situated at the very forefront of this business, working closely with the MD in driving growth.

Nurturing and managing a pipeline of sales leads that are developed both internally and gathered through your own activity you will have a big impact on the business and will be involved in every element of the sales process. Whether you are working with the MD to set the strategy, process and objectives; conducting discovery / needs analysis with marketing professionals; visiting prospects; attending industry trade events or working with other departments to ensure a strong client relationship, it will be your expert sales and marketing skills that drive business and industry recognition.

To qualify... You should be an ambitious Business Development Manager / B2B Sales Manager / Marketing Savvy Sales professional with experience and skills that match the following:

  • A natural ability to close sales via own generated leads and supplied leads, by phone, email or meeting;
  • Success in a similar sales target driven role;
  • Experience in the digital, advertising and marketing sector;
  • Experience setting-up and delivering a contact strategy and managing data on a platform such as salesforce;
  • Success selling marketing services to brands and / or agencies;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral);
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
