Sales Account Manager - SEO / Digital - London (Closing Date: 12/05/2015)

They are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Account Manager to help drive growth and expansion of their SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and digital content division.
The division uniquely uses insights drawn from digital consumer behaviour and from local market culture, to help engage their clients audiences with creative copy and images that convey their brand values, and which are built on a strong technical foundation that optimises search performance.
Key tasks include:
- Execute on new business development and client acquisition activities including: lead identification, responding to RFP’s & developing client relationships;
- Coordinate and support on client account development, increasing reach within clients, identifying opportunities to up-sell and extend programmes, in addition to day to day management and maintenance of client relationships;
- Build and contribute to the development of sales processes, structures & methodologies. Work with the leadership team to formalise best practice and optimise process across the sales and business development cycle.
You will be a Sales Account Manager with the ability to demonstrate an informed and consultative sales approach, knowledgeable around sales and client relationship best practice, you’ll have a passion for your craft, and for exceptional service to your clients that you’ll be able to translate upward, building engagement and advocacy with both existing and new clients.
An informed knowledge of digital marketing, current trends, and best practices within SEO and related activities would be beneficial, though not essential, more important is the ability to learn, grow, and apply your skill.
